1. Price
Orders are billed at the prices in effect at the time of shipment. Prices will be as specified by HJL and will be applicable for the period specified in HJL's quote. HJL may change at any time without notice all prices published by us or quoted by our representatives. Prices are subject to increase in the event of an increase in HJL's costs or other circumstances beyond HJL's reasonable control. If you do not purchase the quantity upon which quantity prices are based, you will pay the non-discounted price for the quantity actually purchased and/or a cancellation or restocking fee. Prices are exclusive of taxes, impositions and other charges, including sales, use, excise, value-added and similar taxes or charges imposed by any government authority, international shipping charges, forwarding agent's and broker's fees, bank fees, consular fees, and document fees.
2. Order Validation and Acceptance.
When you place an order, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the Site is an offer to purchase our Products. HJL may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the Product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by HJL until the Product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or other contact information you have provided with your order.
3. Changes or cancels order
Most bookings made at HJL are final. If the product has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service representatives to change the order details , such as delivery destination, splitting delivery, changing the delivery time and designating a consolidated shipment for multiple orders.
If you register an order on the website, the order will be entered when we send the notification e-mail about the order acceptance of order. Please be forewarned that orders cannot be canceled after the entry.
4. Payment
The payment method can be chosen from the four methods shown below:
Bank transfer, PayPal.
All payments must be made in the currency billed on the original invoice.
Credit cards accepted include major credit cards and major bank debit cards including MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. Credit Card billing information must be verified on new customers prior to shipment of order.
Prepaid Wire Transfer: Customers can wire the funds to our bank. After your order is placed we will e-mail a Proforma Invoice which includes our bank information, the merchandise total and shipping charges. We will reserve stock for your order for 48 hours on orders awaiting funds. Customer is responsible for shipping fee, bank charges, duties and taxes.
5. Refund and Return
If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. Please contact HJL customer service immediately to initiate a claim.
Returns are normally accepted within 30 days of the shipping date, and all must be accompanied by the original invoice number, certificate of guarantee card, part picture, and a brief explanation or test report of the reason for the return.
At the time of quoting or the time of purchase, a product may say that it is Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable (NCNR). These products are not returnable.
If you return the merchandise, it is important to keep the returned merchandise in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Any charges from customs and other fees should be paid by customers if the return reason is the customer's reason, such as buying parts mistakenly,etc,we will not accept COD shipments. Please contact our Client Support Team to initiate the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
